Writings by Maryella

My stories, photos and poems grow out of my love of life and for Jesus because of His incredible love for me.  My involvement with life is in family, church and community as wife, parent, teacher, nurse, writer, volunteer librarian and webmaster.  I have taught from pre-school through the university level, been a school nurse, then a family nurse practitioner for more than twenty years. I am the mother of five and grandmother of seven, so far - :-) . As a member of the Blanco Library board and webmaster for our sites at the Blanco Library,  Links to Life, and Tree of Life, I invite you to visit. My published writing is for adults, children of all ages, and in professional journals.  I come from a long line of poets and story tellers in the oral tradition.  It's fun to be young at heart.  Check out this snapshot:
