For Job Seekers:

The Blanco Library will be hosting a series of 5 classes that aim to address workforce development in the Blanco community. Classes will be open to the public and will focus on these areas: general computer literacy, including Computer, Internet, and Email Basics, and skills specific to job searching and applying for work online. 

These skill sets have been proven effective in finding and keeping a job.

All classes will be held in the library, located at 1118 Main St.

Classes will last 2 hours and will take place in March. The schedule is as follows on Thrusdays:

March 3rd     1st   Computer Basics                   9:30am - 11:30am
March 10th   2nd   Internet Basics                       9:30am -11:30am
March 17th   3rd   Email Basics                         9:30am - 11:30am
March 24th   4th   Searching for a Job online      9:30am - 11:30am
March 31st   5th   Applying for a Job online        9:30am - 11:30am
